Custom AI Powered Agentic System

An agent that runs the workflow, not another chatbot.

A fully autonomous agentic system built around your highest-value workflow — integrated with your tools, grounded in your data, and held to production standards from day one.

Custom scope. Book a call to discuss.

  • Multi-agent architecture with role-based handoffs and human checkpoints
  • Integrated with your CRM, ERP, Slack, or internal tools
  • Prompt hardening, guardrails, and adversarial testing before go-live
  • Monitored and optimized post-launch — not just handed off

When a chatbot is not the goal

Most AI tooling answers questions. This is for businesses that need AI to take action — to close the loop, trigger the workflow, and hand the result back to the right person without a human in the middle.

You leave with a production-grade agent that runs on your infrastructure, handles your edge cases, and generates output your team actually trusts.

  • You have a high-volume workflow that consumes your best people's time every week
  • You have already validated a simpler AI use case and are ready to scale it
  • Your process spans multiple tools: CRM, ERP, calendar, internal APIs
  • You need the system to act and confirm, not just respond

How I architect agentic systems

Five decisions that separate production agents from prototypes that stall in staging.

  1. Scope

Which single workflow generates the most leverage? We start there — not everywhere.

  2. Orchestration

How many agents are needed, what each one owns, and where humans stay in the loop.

  3. Integration

Which tools the system reads from and writes to, and how we keep those connections auditable.

  4. Hardening

Guardrails, schema validation, and adversarial testing before a single real user sees it.

  5. Measurement

How we confirm the system is delivering value — not just that it is running.

What you bring

The workflow, the tools, and an owner

  • A workflow description and a sample of real inputs — emails, forms, tickets, or records
  • Access to the tools the system needs to read from or write to
  • One person who owns the process and can sign off on edge cases

What you leave with

Live on your infrastructure

  • A production agent running on your infrastructure
  • Full source code, setup documentation, and an eval suite
  • A system your team understands, can monitor, and can extend

What sets this apart from a typical AI build

  1. Built around the edge cases

Your business has exceptions. The system is designed around them, not despite them.

  2. Auditable by design

Every agent decision is logged with its input, output, and reasoning chain. No black boxes on live workflows.

  3. Fails safely

When confidence drops below threshold, the system escalates to a human rather than guessing. Guardrails are not an afterthought.

  4. Production, not proof of concept

Clean, documented, and commented code. Real infrastructure. A handoff your engineering team can maintain and extend.

How a build unfolds

  1. Discovery call.

You walk me through the workflow: inputs, outputs, tools involved, and where things break or slow down today.

  2. Architecture spec.

I map the agent roles, integration points, and guardrail requirements. You review and sign off before a line of code is written.

  3. Build, test, and harden.

Agent logic and integrations, tested on your real cases, then pushed through edge cases and failure scenarios before go-live.

  4. Deploy and handoff.

Running on your infrastructure, with source code, a runbook, and a live walkthrough for your team.

What's included

Scoped after discovery

  • One workflow mapped to agent roles, tools, and human checkpoints
  • Connections to the systems that workflow already uses
  • Guardrails, schema checks, and an escalation path when confidence drops
  • An eval set built from your real cases, run before go-live
  • Deployment to your cloud or a hosted setup
  • Source code, a runbook, and a handoff your team can maintain

Built around one workflow

Why one workflow first

  • 1 primary workflow and the tools it touches
  • Human approval where a wrong action is expensive
  • A log of every action the agent takes
  • Extra workflows, SSO, and custom dashboards scoped separately

The first workflow proves the architecture. The next one reuses it. Starting everywhere is how agent projects stall.

Common questions

How long does a build take?

Most single-workflow agentic systems take 3 to 6 weeks from discovery to deploy. Scope, integration complexity, and approval cycles are the main variables.

What if we need multiple workflows covered?

We start with the highest-value one. Once it is running and measured, we scope the next. Parallel builds are available for teams with dedicated engineering involvement.

Will our engineering team be able to maintain it?

Yes. The code is clean, commented, and documented. I do a live handoff walkthrough and remain available for questions after delivery.

Do you offer support after the system is deployed?

Yes. Once deployment is complete, I stay on for continued support. More than 70% of the clients I work with today have been with me for longer than 8 months. That usually covers fixes, monitoring, and the changes that show up once the system is in daily use.

Do we need our own infrastructure?

You can use your own cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or I can deploy to a hosted setup. The system is portable and not locked to any proprietary platform.
